Returns Policy
Silver Twinkle carefully inspects each item in our product range before shipping. Please hold on to the sizing, payment method and other details stated in your original order.
Domestic/Taiwan Region
- We do not refund customized orders. Please check thoroughly before purchase, as the 7-day change-of-mind period in Article 19 of the Consumer Protection Act does not apply to made-to-order purchases.
- We strive to select uncompromised materials for jewelry production. Each gemstone or ore may vary in color and pattern, and naturally occurring veins may be present. Please check your item thoroughly before purchase, as we do not refund orders based on cosmetic preferences.
- As Earrings series accessories are personal items, we cannot refund purchased goods for hygiene reasons and no 7 days appreciation period.
- Please inspect your purchased product/s upon receiving. If you have any concerns, please photograph your item and contact our customer service team. Item can only be sent back to us after confirmation, to ensure we are able to process your returned order.
- We accept refunds on off-the-shelf items that are defective, or if the sizing or price of your received item does not match that of your original order. The refund postage fees will be handled by us, at no extra cost to you (limited to Chunghwa Post standard registered mail; for any other shipping method, we reimburse NTD$45 in postage fees.
- For refunds and exchanges, products must be returned within seven days (effective from one day after order received). Products should be kept in their original conditions (not faulty, damaged, soiled, or with evidence of being worn), including any original packaging, gifts with purchase and receipts. Please contact customer service with attached product photo or listing and order number. Any loss, damage and/or missing parts may result in your refund or exchange being invalid, or extra fees incurred for returning the item to its original state.
- Any shopping credits, loyalty points and/or membership benefits will be rescinded for any refunds.
- We will provide a postal address for shipping returns. (Please refrain from shipping directly to our stores, as our staff may not always be onsite and we cannot be liable for any loss or damage as a result. Refunded totals are not inclusive of extra bank transaction fees.)
- Please be aware that buyers who return items due to personal dissatisfaction for more than two times may be blacklisted and cancelled membership. This does not include returns resulting from incorrect sizing, faulty items, or other discrepancies between the original order and the received item.
- For personal dissatisfaction product returns and exchanges, buyers must cover postage fees for sending back the item/s. For exchanges, buyers will not incur extra postage fees for receiving the exchanged product.
