The materials used in our jewelry are fine and delicate. For longer-lasting wear, please refrain from squeezing or pulling the product. Ensure the product is not placed in high-temperature or high-humidity environments, and kept away from pigments, cosmetics, medication and products containing cleaning agents. These factors may result in damage or breakage of your purchased products.
Please take extra care if your purchased product/s contains opals or pearls. Please avoid contact with moisture or an environment with excessive temperature difference, as this may accelerate the decomposition, dissolution or oxidation of organic gemstones. Due to the low hardness of organic gemstones, please also avoid hot springs, hot water baths and products with cleaning agents.
Warranty cardholders can enjoy a free one-time welding service for necklace and bracelet products, within one year from the date of purchase. Other repairs will incur a repair/materials fee.
Due to their designs, we may be unable to repair certain products.
Sterling Silver accessories
Sterling silver products are fade-resistant and hypoallergenic.
When sterling silver products are unworn, please rinse with clean water and dry gently. Please store products in cases or sealed pouches, to avoid any oxidation of silver from the air.
Should silver products experience any discoloration, polish regularly with a silver cloth.
To prevent discoloration, please take off and store silver products in cases or sealed pouches before entering a hot spring or other sulfur-rich areas.
Natural Gemstones
Each gemstone or ore may vary in color and pattern, and naturally occurring veins may be present. While we strive to select uncompromised materials for jewelry production, gemstones and ores in our finished products are unable to be exactly the same as the product images.
Actual products may differ from product images, due to factors such as photography lighting and differences in monitor displays.
Most of our materials consist of 925 sterling silver, accompanied by freshwater pearls and gemstones (ore) sourced from different locations around the world. Each unit is unique in pattern, color, luster and shape and may differ from product images. We strive for the best quality, carefully selecting only natural and high-quality materials to provide you with the best possible experience.
We recommend products with white opals to be removed before bathing or swimming. Natural opals will temporarily appear transparent after contact with water, returning to their normal state after a while. Frequent contact with water may result in the dulling of the opal’s opalescence.
We recommend products with pearls to be removed before bathing or swimming. The surface of natural pearls is delicate. Frequent contact with cleaning products (e.g. soap, handwash, bodywash, detergent) may result in yellowing and discoloration.
